client profile: Wild Wing Plantation is a multi-faceted private community featuring expansive waterfront homesites, surrounded by approximately 180 acres of freshwater lakes, 27-hole championship golf course and myriad of outdoor activities and amenities.

the challenge: During a time of rapid community development in the Myrtle Beach area, Collins + Company was tasked with a challenge of planning, organizing and marketing a one-day sales event with a goal of home site sell out.  The sell out would allow planned build out of the next phase of Wild Wing Plantation.

the plan: After originally creating a unique brand and identity for Wild Wing Plantation, Collins + Company developed and implemented a highly targeted multi-media campaign to drive attendance and sales. Elements included national direct mail, email and print campaign supported by a highly interactive website.  These elements were supplemented by hosting luxury traveling cocktail parties for prospects to generate property/home sale conversions.

the result: Following the generation of a highly targeted national prospect list, and launching the direct mail, print and online campaign, attendance in a heavily attended one day sales event resulting in a 90% conversion of reservation holders to buyers.
